Job Title: Telesales Executive (Digital Marketing Sales)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and selling digital marketing services to clients over the phone. The target is to close a minimum of 20 deals per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch and sell digital marketing services
- Meet monthly sales targets of 20 deals
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their digital marketing needs
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Hindi
- Fluent in Punjabi
Meeting with Clients:
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and provide solutions
- Present digital marketing services and solutions to clients
- Build trust and rapport with clients to close deals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Proven experience in telesales or sales role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media marketing)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
