Telecaller Sales Executive

Location: Head Office – Vashi | Hybrid Department: Pre-Sales Reporting To: Team leader Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: Join our dynamic pre-sales team as a Telecaller for our landmark plotted project Villament Hills in Karjat. If you have a pleasant voice, good communication skills, and a hunger to convert leads into site visits – this is your calling. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta ads, portals, and referrals. Pitch the Villament Hills project with enthusiasm and clarity. Schedule and confirm site visits with prospective buyers. Maintain lead data, call logs, and follow-up updates in CRM/Excel. Assist the sales team in improving client conversion rates. Mandatory to work on weekends and public holidays. What We’re Looking For: 0 to 3 years of telecalling or customer service experience. Fluency in Hindi and English is a must, any additional language would be an added advantage. Confident, energetic, and target-driven attitude.
