Job Title: Telecaller Sales Executive (with IT Knowledge)

Location: #832, Astralis Supernova, Sec-94, Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller Sales Executive with a solid understanding of IT products and services to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. Your knowledge of IT solutions will help tailor pitches to client needs and increase conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Explain and promote IT products/services such as software, hardware, cloud solutions, networking, or cybersecurity tools.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer solutions based on technical knowledge.
  • Convert inquiries into qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments or product demos for senior sales personnel when needed.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical or product team to ensure accuracy in customer communication.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or complaints effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably with IT or Computer Science background).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in IT or tech domains.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of software, cloud technologies, networking, or IT services.
  • Ability to understand technical terms and communicate them in layman's terms.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or selling IT services/products.
  • Knowledge of common IT sales cycles and client onboarding.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Salary: Rs. 10000 to Rs. 25000
Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and commissions
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
