We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing Justdial inquiries, conducting demos, and building strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Database Research:
Identify and compile potential customer databases for lead generation.
2) Lead Generation by Calling:
Make outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
3) Handling Justdial Leads:
Respond promptly to inquiries received via Justdial.
Ensure no lead is missed and prioritize high-potential leads.
4) Industrial Visits:
Visit industrial clients a few times a month to build relationships and understand their requirements.
5) Product Demonstrations:
Conduct online and on-site product demos for prospective clients.
Address client queries and showcase the value of the software.
6) Self-Development:
Keep yourself updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge.
7) Software Handling:
Work efficiently with software tools such as Tally, Biz Analyst, and Cred Flow for client demonstrations and support.

9) Education: Minimum graduate in any discipline.
10) Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
11) Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Tally and related software (training can be provided).
Ability to handle multiple leads and inquiries effectively.
12) Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel for industrial visits.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
1) Lead Generation and Conversion:
Number of outbound calls made daily/weekly.
Percentage of calls converted into qualified leads.
Number of Justdial inquiries converted into sales.
2) Response Time:
Average response time to Justdial leads.
Adherence to lead follow-up timelines.
3) Sales Performance:
Monthly/quarterly sales targets achieved.
Number of software demos conducted (online/on-site).
Conversion rate from demos to closed deals.
4) Client Engagement:
Number of industrial visits completed per month.
Feedback and satisfaction rating from demo participants.
5) Software Proficiency:
Efficiency in handling Tally, Biz Analyst, and Cred Flow during client interactions.
6) Self-Development:
Number of training sessions attended or certifications earned.
Awareness of the latest updates in the industry and software.
