Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers.
Present and promote machinery solutions, articulate their benefits, and address inquiries.
Capture leads and customer feedback, updating information in CRM or internal systems.
Set appointments and follow up with the sales team for onsite visits or demos.
Achieve weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Basic understanding of embroidery or textile machinery is a plus.
Proficient with CRM systems or MS Excel.
Goal-oriented, confident, and result-focused.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and follow up diligently.
