Telecaller & Receptionist – Female Only

We are looking for a Telecaller & Receptionist to join our clinic. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.

• Follow up with potential and existing clients.

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

• Maintain client records and appointment logs.

• Process payments and manage billing queries.

• Handle emails, messages, and basic administrative tasks.

• Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle client queries efficiently.

• Fluent in English, Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
