This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 3-5 LPA)

Requirements

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective leads.
Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and identify buying intent.
Schedule meetings or coordinate handoffs to senior sales advisors.
Maintain accurate CRM entries and follow structured sales workflows.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share insights and feedback.

What We're Looking For

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Empathetic, consultative approach — no aggressive selling.
High willingness to learn and grow into sales or GTM career paths.
Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
