Telecaller - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to schedule property visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Collection of properties from developers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitors’ offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Flexible to work extended hours,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
