Role Overview
We’re looking for a Telecaller who can handle client calls, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers
✅ Handle inbound inquiries professionally✅ Explain project details, pricing & offers✅ Schedule and confirm site visits✅ Maintain accurate lead records in CRM✅ Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year of telecalling / pre-sales experience (real estate preferred)
✅ Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi & English
✅ Confident, polite, and target-oriented✅ Basic computer & CRM knowledge
