Designation :- Sales Executive Location : - Adalaj Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive in the Beauty and Skin Care domain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales, particularly within B2B and B2C environments, and a deep understanding of the beauty and skincare industry. The role requires a driven individual who excels in convincing customers, managing and executing campaigns, and working flexibly, including weekend availability and travel, to support business growth. Experience in FMCG and beauty/skincare product sales will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Ø Develop and identify new business opportunities to execute sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels, focused on beauty and skincare products. Ø Lead and manage both B2B and B2C sales efforts to meet and exceed set sales targets. Ø Organize, plan, and oversee various sales campaigns and marketing events. Ø Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and promotional strategies for campaigns. Ø Utilize exceptional convincing skills to close sales and influence key stakeholders. Ø Build persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each client. Ø Handle objections effectively and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Ø Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend events, and support sales efforts as required. Ø Flexibility to work/travels on weekends, especially during peak sales periods, events, or urgent campaign rollouts. Key Requirements: Ø Minimum 2 years in sales, with proven success in both B2B and B2C environments. Ø In-depth understanding of the beauty, skincare and FMCG industries experience preferred. Ø Fluency in English. Ø Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Ø Age Limit between – 20Yrs to 38Yrs Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Ø Experience with e-commerce and online retail platforms.
