Position: Telecaller [Health & Wellness Industry] Location: Chennai Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, introducing salon services and promotions. - Answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide product/service information. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication. - Manage client calls and handle customer feedback to ensure a positive experience at all touchpoints. - Update and manage spreadsheets to track client data, appointments, and follow-ups. - Monitor and manage Google reviews from customers, responding professionally to feedback. - Collect and organise client testimonials and reviews for marketing and improvement purposes. - Collaborate with the team to identify client needs and improve overall service quality. What We’re Looking For: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A customer-first mindset with the ability to engage clients effectively. - Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is a plus. - Basic knowledge of salon services and products are advantageous but not mandatory. - Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently with a positive attitude.
