Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain available real estate projects. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding property details. Generate, nurture, and qualify leads to ensure sales targets are achieved. Schedule site visits/meetings for interested customers with the sales team. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with follow-up details. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets. Provide feedback to the sales & marketing team about customer requirements and market trends.
