Make calls to potential students or existing students to promote services, or gather information. Handle incoming calls, provide information, resolve issues, and address student inquiries. Identify and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups. Accurately record student information, interactions, and feedback in the company’s database. Achieve sales targets by convincing students purchase services. Provide excellent service by addressing Student’s needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction. Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate communication. Prepare and submit reports on call outcomes, Student feedback, and sales metrics.
