Job Summary As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You will also play a key role in maintaining relationships with candidates and supporting business operations. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential candidates for delivery rider positions. Explain job roles, salary structure, and company benefits clearly. Schedule walk-in interviews and follow up to ensure attendance. Maintain a daily database of calls, leads, and conversions. Coordinate with recruiters and HR teams to full fill hiring requirements. Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and hiring targets. Requirements Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred). Experience: 0–2 years in tele calling, recruitment, or sales (freshers welcome). Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English & regional languages are a plus). Ability to convince and build rapport over the phone. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Target-driven and self-motivated.
