Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to sell products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services. Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Maintain and update customer databases and call records. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a professional manner. Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships. Maintain detailed call logs and sales reports. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

Product Knowledge Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services. Explain the features and benefits of products to customers. Sales Target Achievement Achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales activities and performance. Market Intelligence Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and pricing. Gather customer feedback and share with the product/marketing team. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-up schedules. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Sales Manager.
