Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. Product Knowledge Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services. Explain the features and benefits of products to customers. Sales Target Achievement Achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales activities and performance. Market Intelligence Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and pricing. Gather customer feedback and share with the product/marketing team. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-up schedules. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Sales Manager.
