Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to sell products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services. Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Maintain and update customer databases and call records. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a professional manner. Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships. Maintain detailed call logs and sales reports. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
