We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to drive our B2C (BTC) sales initiatives and help us expand our reach among students and parents. Key Responsibilities: Drive B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales for Shikkha Academia’s educational products and services. Generate leads through various online and offline channels. Conduct product demonstrations, counseling sessions, and close sales with parents and students. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports to the management team. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech or education sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Comfortable with both field visits and tele-sales.
