We are looking for diligent and persuasive tele caller: EMI Collection Executive to handle outbound collection calls for TW loan EMI recoveries. The role requires interaction with customers who have missed or delayed their EMI payments. You will ensure timely collections, maintain good customer relationships, and minimize delinquencies for the organization. Key responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for EMI collections for loan accounts. Explain due amount, late fees(if any), and payment options clearly to customers. Follow the company's collection strategy and ensure compliance with all regulations and customer service standards. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach with customers during interactions. Coordinate with the field collections team for hard bucket accounts or skip-tracing Send SMS/email reminders or WhatsApp messages as part of the collection cycle Ensure resolution of disputes or queries raised by customers regarding EMIs Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets as per the business requirement
