Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to handle company-provided leads, make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain project details, schedule farm site visits, and support the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Call and follow up on company-provided leads Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers over the phone Identify interested prospects and schedule farm site visits Coordinate with the field sales team for site visit arrangements Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until closure Update customer details and call status in CRM or tracking sheets Handle customer queries and objections professionally Meet daily calling targets and conversion goals Share daily and weekly performance reports with the manager 🎯 Required Skills Strong verbal communication skills (local language + Good English preferred) Convincing and persuasive abilities Experience in telecalling / tele sales is an advantage Ability to handle objections and customer questions Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling systems) Target-oriented and disciplined approach
