Job Description:

As a Tele Caller for US Taxation, you will play a critical role in contacting potential clients and providing them with information about our taxation services. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inquiries, and ensuring that our clients receive the information they need to make informed decisions about their tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our US taxation services.
• Provide information about our services, pricing, and any ongoing promotions.
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest but have not yet signed up for our services.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
• Work during night shifts, as this role requires engagement with clients in the United States.
