Telecaller (Outbound Sales) 📍 Location: Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Ltd., Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Badarpur, New Delhi 🏢 Company: Country Club Hospitality & Holiday 💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 (Fixed ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives up to ₹5,000) 🎓 Education: Minimum 12th Pass About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Outbound Telecallers to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our holiday membership plans, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database. Explain company products and holiday membership plans clearly and persuasively. Generate leads, fix appointments, and follow up with interested customers. Maintain call records and update the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales & call targets. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
