Job Title: Voice Process Outbound - Insurance Renewals Location: Rabale Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview:We are hiring Graduates (Freshers or Experienced) and 12th Pass candidates with 1 year of experience for the Voice Process Outbound role in Insurance Renewals. The role involves calling customers to remind them of their insurance policy renewals and assisting them with the process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance policy renewals. Explain renewal details, benefits, and assist with queries. Encourage customers to renew policies on time. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and renewals. Qualifications: Education: Graduate (Freshers or Experienced) or 12th Pass with 1 year of experience. Skills: Excellent communication skills. Ability to handle calls professionally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). Working Conditions: Full-time role based in Rabale. Training provided for new joiners.
