Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit potential Insurance Advisors through various channels Conduct interviews, explain the advisor role, earning potential, and career growth opportunities. Guide and support advisors during the licensing/IRDAI examination process. Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of recruited advisors. Motivate and monitor advisors to achieve defined business targets. Maintain records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management. Promote HDFC Life’s brand value while building a strong recruitment pipeline.
