Telecaller, Office Admin

Tele Caller and Admin Job Description Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel target group- students, parents and schools-to promote educational programs and services.

· Handle emails and WhatsApp messages-based communication with the target group.

· Convert warm leads into registration through clear communication and regular follow-ups.

· Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and conversion reports.

· Assist with general office duties such as handling paperwork, and keeping the workspace organized.

· Coordinate with the backend team for smooth onboarding of students.

· Facilitate in the online exam execution.

· Meet or exceed targets of enrolments.

Requirements

· 2+ years of experience in tale-sales, counseling especially in the education sector is required.

· Prior experience in office admin is required handling paperwork, and keeping the workspace organized.

· Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.

· Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.

· Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
