Role: Business Development in Schools Company: International Olympiad Academy Location: Delhi NCR Languages: English, Hindi Designation: Senior Business Development Executive/Business Development Manager Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in B2S (Business to School) sales in selling academic products and services to educational institutions. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi/ Kanada/Bengali are essential. In your BD role, you will play a critical role in promoting our International Olympiad programs, engaging with potential participant educational Institutions , and driving enrollment through them. Key Responsibilities: ● Promote and sell Olympiad programs to educational institutions so that students can participate in the International Olympiad. ● Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, and other potential clients. ● Conduct presentations and seminars to educate and inform potential participants about our programs. ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. ● Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. ● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and participant information. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials. ● Participate in events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities as required. ● Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our programs in the market. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in any discipline. ● 3-5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in B2S (Business to School) sales experience in academic products to schools. ● Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi/ Kanada/Bengali (spoken). ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ● Proficient in MS Office. ● Willingness to travel in the territoryand surrounding areas as needed.
