About the Company

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization engaged in foreign exchange, travel & tourism, and medical tourism. We provide services such as domestic & international tour packages, air/train ticketing, visa assistance, and related travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell travel services (Train Tickets, Visa, Tour Packages, Flight Bookings).
• Handle inbound customer queries and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Understand customer requirements, suggest suitable travel solutions, and provide cost-effective options.
• Maintain and update customer database (leads, follow-ups, and conversions).
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to achieve monthly targets.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and company services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with operations team for ticket issuance, visa processing, and tour confirmations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales (Travel industry preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Must be fluent in Hindi and Odia (spoken & understanding).
• English and Bengali will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of travel industry services (flights, tours, visas, trains) will be preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Emails, WhatsApp Business).
