Job Description: We are looking for Telecallers to join our team at Krishna Enterprises Recovery Agency for a debt collection process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to recover pending payments and EMIs on behalf of clients. Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to customers with outstanding dues. Inform customers about due amounts and payment deadlines. Maintain polite and professional communication. Update call records and recovery status in the system. Follow company protocol and RBI-compliant communication guidelines.
