The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to prospective students/parents, explainingr courses, and converting leads into enrollments while maintaining accurate records .

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents to promote courses and educational solutions.
Handle inbound enquiries regarding courses, fees, features, and admission/enrollment process
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs to achieve their academic or career goals.
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to drive conversions
Maintain and update lead information, call status, and follow-up actions in the Software
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets, and enrollment/revenue goals.
Coordinate with the academic counsellor team for counselling sessions, and closures.
Provide feedback from students/parents to marketing and product teams for improvement.

Requirements

Graduate, experience in telecalling, telesales, or counselling (preferably in EdTech/education).
Strong communication skills in English and local language, with convincing and objection-handling ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
