The Academic Counsellor is responsible for providing advanced guidance and support to clients, helping them make well-informed decisions regarding education, career, or personal development. This role involves ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Counselling & Support:

Provide personalized counselling to clients, addressing their specific needs and goals.
Assist clients in selecting educational programs, career paths, or personal development opportunities.
Handle complex cases requiring in-depth analysis and tailored solutions.

Program Guidance:

Offer detailed information about educational programs, application procedures, scholarships, and visa requirements.
Stay updated on trends and changes in education, admissions, and career landscapes.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Manage follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address additional needs.

Workshops & Presentations:

Organize and lead workshops, webinars, or seminars for clients and stakeholders.
Represent the organization at educational fairs and networking events.
Collaborate with management to develop counselling strategies and improve service offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
