We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone, generating leads, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach. Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Representative / Customer Support Executive preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English, Hindi, or regional languages as required). Strong persuasive, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of computers, CRM tools, and MS Office. Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn. Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (depending on company standards).
