We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team in the Events Services industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating sales leads in the European and US market. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this position is a good communicator with excellent phone etiquette and a persuasive personality. You should be capable of building rapport with potential customers and have a strong sales-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should be proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and have a good understanding of the Events Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients by phone to promote our services and events
• Generate sales leads and follow up on opportunities to close deals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made and sales achieved
• Build rapport with potential clients and handle objections or conflicts effectively
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to offer new services to clients

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role in international market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone etiquette and persuasive ability
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Good understanding of the Events Services industry
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus

Shift timing: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Working Days: Alternate Saturday off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
