The role involves connecting with customers, collecting feedback, and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback on their experience.
• Record and summarise customer feedback accurately and systematically.
• Identify common issues or recurring patterns to support customer experience improvements.
• Coordinate and execute activities designed to improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily call logs and reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns where required.
• Ensure professionalism and adherence to communication guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus, Kannada, Tamil. Telugu and Marathi. Strong listening skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work from office 6 days a week (hybrid structure, but office presence is mandatory).
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.
• Freshers encouraged; prior telecalling or customer service experience is a bonus.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
