About the Internship
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Intern to join our on-site team in Bhopal.This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, building connections, and learning the art of sales and client communication.Interns will also get a chance to learn content presentation skills — using our studio setup to practice reel shoots and on-camera confidence sessions that enhance their communication style.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and communicate with potential clients.
• Present Digital Lok’s services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate client records.
• Learn to handle objections and convert interested clients.
• Use AI tools to support sales and client engagement.
• Participate in studio training to improve voice and presentation skills.
• Work with mentors to achieve monthly conversion goals.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Confident and positive personality.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for training or content purposes.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work on targets and team objectives.
• Laptop and smartphone required.
• Comfortable working on-site from Bhopal office.

Eligibility

• Graduate / MBA students interested in sales and communication.
• Freshers welcome with good speaking skills and a learning attitude.
• Candidates with basic marketing understanding preferred.
