Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Sales Executive Intern to join our on-site team in Bhopal.
This is a performance-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, building relationships, and creating a personal brand through communication and creativity.
Consistent performers will be considered for a full-time position at Digital Lok.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch company services (Digital Marketing, Branding, Ads, Websites, Social Media) to potential clients.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms.
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
• Achieve a minimum of 15 client conversions per month (target-based).
• Maintain and update client data and prepare daily reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for better conversions.
• Represent Digital Lok professionally in all client communications.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident in client handling and public speaking.
• Should enjoy communicating creatively — including making short videos or reels to connect with clients and audiences.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
• Must have a personal laptop and smartphone.
• Comfortable working on-site from our Bhopal office.

Eligibility

• Female candidates only.
• Pursuing or recently completed Graduation / MBA (Marketing preferred).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
