Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and promoting our products/services effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle targets and pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads from the given database.
• Answer incoming calls from customers to address their needs, complaints, or other issues.
• Explain product or service offerings clearly and confidently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead transition.
• Handle customer objections and turn them into opportunities with persuasive communication.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on results and targets.

Preferred Qualities:

• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or BPO industry.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a pleasant phone manner.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
