Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to explain services and capture candidate interest
• Handle inbound calls and respond to basic queries
• Provide information on overseas jobs, visa processes, and service details
• Maintain lead records and update CRM
• Follow up with potential clients for conversions
• Ensure polite, professional communication at all times

Requirements

• Strong communication in English, Hindi, or Telugu
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM, documentation)
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented
• Immediate joiners preferred
