Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails
• Guide applicants on overseas visa processes
• Maintain CRM entries and follow up with leads
• Provide clear, polite, and professional communication
• Support the operations team when required

Requirements

• Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and/or Telugu)
• Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
• Basic computer skills (email, CRM, documentation)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
