Job Title: Telecaller
Reports to: Sales Manager/Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Telecaller to join our real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our real estate projects
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Provide information about our projects, pricing, and offers
- Follow up with existing customers for feedback and future sales opportunities
- Meet monthly targets for leads and appointments
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry (desirable)
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
