Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-caller Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and converting these leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our stock market research advisory services. Understand clients’ needs and provide information about our services to meet their requirements. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate and sell our services. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and share best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive skills and ability to overcome objections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Basic understanding of the stock market and financial products is a plus.
