Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain real estate projects, property details, and offers to interested clients.
• Schedule site visits for clients with the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries professionally.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
• Skills:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
