Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Work under the supervision and guidance of the assigned Academic Counselor
Call prospective learners from inquiry data, leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Generate walk-ins and schedule counseling sessions at the academy
Maintain and share daily call reports (Interested, Not Interested, Call Back, Converted, etc.)
Support in fee reminders, follow-ups, and re-engagement calls when required
Warm leads and transfer interested candidates to the Academic Counselor for final counseling and admission
Maintain professionalism and politeness during all phone conversations

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi required, English optional)
Confident and polite behavior on calls
Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp and call logs
Ability to maintain discipline and follow work instructions regularly
Responsible and punctual work behavior

Eligibility

Only Female Candidates
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Training will be provided by the academy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
