Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients/customers, answering inbound inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers and inform them about products/services.
• Answer inbound calls from clients/customers and provide information or resolve queries.
• Follow a script to engage potential customers and generate leads.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
• Handle customer objections and persuade them to consider the product/service.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve performance and increase sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role in sales/customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls daily.
