Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our medical laboratory team. The Telecaller will be responsible for scheduling lab test appointments, managing follow-ups, and providing accurate information about our lab services. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication and high patient satisfaction.

Answer incoming calls from patients and provide clear information about available tests, preparation instructions, timings, and lab policies.
Address basic patient queries politely and professionally, and escalate complex questions to the appropriate team.
Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
Good organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
Mode of language - Malayalam and English
Accommodation free

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
