Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make Outbound Calls: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers from provided databases.
  • Clearly and enthusiastically present our services to potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing customer needs and interest.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls for the Sales Team with qualified prospects.
  • Database Management: Accurately record all call information, including outcomes and follow-up activities, in the CRM system.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while handling inquiries and addressing initial concerns.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller(1 year preffered), or in a similar sales/customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly phone manner.
  • Listening Skills: Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs and objections.
  • SALARY:Best in industry
