Job Title : Telecaller Location : [ Hubli ] Job Type : [ Full-Time ] Department : TeleSales / Customer Service Job Summary : We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Telecaller to make outbound calls to prospective customers, promote products or services, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should be fluent in [Kannada , English , Hindi ], have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Maintain a database of customer information and interactions. Handle inbound queries and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills in [ Kannada, Hindi , English ]. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle rejection. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
