Telecaller Executive ( FEMALE )

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Female Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the telecalling sector. The ideal candidate must be active, smart, and confident in handling customer calls, resolving queries, and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain products or services clearly and confidently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build trust with customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful closures.
• Maintain call logs, reports, and database updates regularly.
• Handle customer objections calmly and positively.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience in any industry.
• Excellent communication skills in [Insert required languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Odia].
• Must be presentable, confident, and proactive in customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage.

Salary: 7000- 12000
