You will be joining Dhanush Digitech, a marketing and creative solutions company in Vadodara. Specializing in Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Branding, Video Editing, and Professional Photoshoots, the company aims to assist businesses in establishing a robust digital presence and expanding through innovative marketing strategies. As a Telecaller Executive with 12 years of experience, your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services. - Generating leads, managing client databases, and ensuring effective follow-ups. - Scheduling meetings and appointments for the business development team. - Understanding client needs and offering basic service information. - Cultivating positive relationships with both potential and existing clients. To qualify for this role, you should ideally: - Be a 12th Pass / Graduate from any field. - Possess 12 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service. - Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati. - Exhibit strong convincing abilities and the knack for building rapport with clients. - Be self-motivated, confident, and oriented towards achieving targets.
