Telecaller executive

You will be part of a fast-growing marketing and creative solutions company based in Vadodara that specializes in Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Branding, Video Editing, and Professional Photoshoots. Your role as an experienced Telecaller Executive will involve reaching out to potential clients, explaining services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. Excellent communication skills, confidence in client handling, and a passion for marketing are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about company services. - Generate leads, maintain client databases, and follow up effectively. - Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team. - Understand client requirements and offer basic service details. - Foster positive relationships with prospective and existing clients. Qualifications & Skills: - Preferably 12th Pass / Graduate in any field. - 12 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service. - Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati. - Strong convincing power and the ability to build rapport with clients. - Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
