Job Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Follow up with interested leads and existing customers. Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or complaints. Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Achieve targets for daily calls, lead generation, and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
