Need to call and follow with customers and give the information regarding the loan EMi due,  convince them to make the payment by directing them to the company office/ Branch or payment via digital mode. Solve customer queries over the phone. Take the follow with the customer about the promise to pay. Also informing them of their next action. Candidates need to have basic knowledge about computers and be able to read the name in English. All the calls get recorded in CRM and need to update the feedback. Need communication, negotiation and soft Skill. No Work from home.
